Our

History

1993 was the year in which Don Miguel Cairo and his wife María Isabel Bordoy made their dream, of opening a restaurant, come true. And is actually recognized for its cuisine specialized in dishes based on pork, homemade Italian pasta and other delicious options paired with wine labels from more than 25 exclusive wineries in the Uco Valley.

The cordiality and warmth in the service together with a remarkable family atmosphere have generated a permanent recognition of those who visit us, allowing La Posada del Jamón to be positioned as a tourist-gastronomic attraction par excellence in the Uco Valley area.

In addition to our restaurant, we have accommodation in cabins and rooms, fully equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bathroom and private parking. Conditioned with style and all the necessary comfort that guarantees the best experience for each visitor. And a swimming pool with a beautiful view towards the mountain, enabled between the months of October to March.

Also, a tasting space with the house wines "De Tal Palo" and "Tal Astilla" made with grapes from the farm.
